To withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, you must first sell a cryptocurrency.
After selling a cryptocurrency, add a bank account and you will be able to withdraw the fiat currency.
Please note that different countries have different withdrawal methods.
For example, if you live in the United States, you can withdraw money to your U.S. bank account.
For US customers, you can make a withdrawal via ACH, TUSD and PAX.

1. Open Crypto.com and tap the logo
First, you need to open the app Crypto.com.
Then, log in to your account if you haven’t already.
Once you are on the app, you need to navigate to your crypto wallet.
To do this, tap on the logo in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Select “Crypto Wallet”
After tapping on the logo, the menu will open.
In the menu, you will see more options.
This includes “Crypto Wallet”, “Track”, “Fiat Wallet” and more.
Tap “Crypto Wallet” to go to your crypto wallet.
3. Select a cryptocurrency to sell
After tapping on “Crypto Wallet”, your crypto wallet will open.
You will now see a list of cryptocurrencies you own and their balances.
Before you can withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, you need to sell a cryptocurrency.
Then, you will be able to withdraw fiat to your bank account.
To begin with, tap on the cryptocurrency you want to sell (e.g. Bitcoin).
4. Tap “Sell”
After tapping on the cryptocurrency you want to sell (e.g. Bitcoin), you will see 3 options.
This includes “Buy”, “Sell” and “Transfer”.
The “Buy” option allows you to buy the cryptocurrency while the “Transfer” option allows you to send the cryptocurrency to another wallet.
Since you are looking to sell cryptocurrency for a fiat currency, tap “Sell”.
5. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency to sell
After tapping on “Sell”, you will land on the sales page.
The sales page contains 3 tabs including “Crypto Wallet”, “Card Wallet” and “Fiat Wallet”.
First, tap on “Fiat Wallet” to start selling cryptocurrency for a fiat currency.
Secondly, enter the amount of cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin) you want to sell.
Above the numeric keypad, you will see the available balance of the cryptocurrency.
If you want to sell it all, you can tap on “Max”.
Thirdly, select the fiat currency you want to get.
For example, if you live in the UK, select “GBP”.
Finally, tap on the “Sell” button to sell the cryptocurrency for the fiat currency you have selected.
6. Confirm that you want to sell
After tapping on “Sell”, you will land on the confirmation page.
On the confirmation page, you will see the amount, fee, fee, method, and total cost of the cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin).
Tap “Confirm” to sell the cryptocurrency.
7. Tap anywhere to continue
After tapping on “Confirm”, you will land on the completion page.
On the completion page, you will see the amount of cryptocurrency you have sold.
Tap anywhere on the screen to continue.
8. Tap the logo
Now that you have sold a cryptocurrency for fiat money, you will be able to withdraw it to your bank account.
First, go back to the home page of the Crypto.com app.
Once you’re on the homepage, tap on the logo in the bottom navigation bar.
9. Select “Fiat Wallet”
After tapping on the logo, the menu will open.
In the menu, you will see more options.
This includes “Crypto Wallet”, “Track”, “Fiat Wallet” and more.
Tap “Fiat Wallet” to open your fiat wallet.
10. Tap “Transfer”
After tapping on “Fiat Wallet”, you will land on your fiat wallet.
On your fiat wallet, you will see a list of fiat currencies you own and their balances.
You will also see 3 options including “Buy Crypto”, “Sell Crypto” and “Transfer”.
To start withdrawing money to your bank account, tap Transfer.
11. Tap “Withdraw”
After tapping on “Transfer”, you will be given two options.
This includes “Deposit” and “Withdrawal”.
Since you are looking to withdraw money from Crypto.com to your bank account, tap “Withdraw”.
12. Select a currency
After tapping “Withdrawal”, you need to select the fiat currency you want to withdraw to your bank account.
For example, if you live in the UK, select “British Pound”.
On the other hand, if you live in Europe, select “Euro”.
13. Enter the amount of money to be withdrawn
After selecting the fiat currency you wish to withdraw (e.g. GBP), you will land on the withdrawal page.
On the withdrawal page, you need to enter the amount of money you want to withdraw and select a bank account.
First, enter the amount of money you want to withdraw.
If you want to withdraw all your money, tap “Max” above the numeric keypad.
Note that the minimum withdrawal limit is $100 USD.
Secondly, select the bank account you want to send the money to.
If you haven’t added a bank account yet, you’ll see the “Add bank account” option.
Tap on the “Add Bank Account” option and follow the on-screen instructions to add your bank account.
For example, if you are using SoFi, select “SoFi”, enter your credentials, enter the 2-factor authentication code, select the account you want to add and you’re ready!
After adding your bank account, tap on “Withdrawal”.
14. Confirm that you want to withdraw
After tapping on “Withdraw”, you will land on the confirmation page.
On the confirmation page, you will see the details of your withdrawal.
This includes the amount, commission, and where you’re withdrawing.
It also includes the withdrawal method and processing time.
Tap “Confirm” to confirm the withdrawal.
15. Wait 3 to 5 business days
After tapping on “Confirm”, you will land on the “Your request is awaiting review” page.
The withdrawal process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to complete.
Crypto.com will notify you of its status via email and push notifications.
You have successfully withdrawn money from Crypto.com to your bank account!
Conclusion
Keep in mind that you won’t be able to add your bank account in some countries or states.
For example, you can’t add bank accounts linked to a New York address.
In addition, bank accounts that do not support ACH transfers cannot be added.
