The measure, managed by the Institute of Services for the Agricultural Food Market (ISMEA), provides subsidized funding and non-repayable contributions, up to a maximum of 1.5 million euros, to support the innovation and competitiveness of
agricultural enterprises.
Purpose of the Call
The ISMEA Più Impresa 2024 Call aims to promote generational change in the agricultural sector and to support the modernization of existing businesses.
The measure is aimed at young agricultural entrepreneurs and women who wish to take over the management of a farm or who are already operating in the sector

Types of Concessions
The call offers two main types of investment aid of up to 1.5 million euros (excluding VAT):
- Zero-interest subsidised mortgage: financing up to 60% of eligible expenses, with a maximum term of 15 years.
- Non-repayable contributions: contribution of up to 35% of eligible expenses.
Who Can Participate
The benefits are intended for micro, small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the form of a sole proprietorship or company, composed of young people between 18 and 41 years old or women. In particular:
- Takeover: The transferor company must be active for at least two years, while the successor company must be established for no more than six months and the owner must be younger than the owner of the transferor company.
- Expansion: The beneficiary company must have been active for at least two years.
Businesses must also carry out exclusively agricultural activities and have a predominant youth or female participation.
Eligible Objectives and Projects
Eligible projects must pursue one or more of the following objectives:
- Improving the performance and sustainability of the farm.
- Improvement of the natural environment, hygiene and animal welfare.
- Construction and improvement of agricultural infrastructure.
- Mitigation of climate change.
- Development of the sustainable circular bioeconomy.
- Preservation of biodiversity and improvement of ecosystem services.
Methods for Submitting Applications
Participation in the call takes place through a counter procedure, with the following phases:
- Pre-validation: July 29, 2024 to September 30, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
- Validation: from September 5, 2024 to September 30, 2024, 6:00 p.m.
Applications must be submitted through the ISMEA portal, following the procedure indicated. It is mandatory to pre-validate and then validate the application. The applications will be reviewed in chronological order of submission.
