1. Go to “Activities“
The “Activity” tab in the MetaMask Wallet extension is a section that contains recent activity, such as recent deposits and withdrawals.
These recent deposit and withdrawal entries in MetaMask contain the transaction ID.
Open the MetaMask Wallet extension and enter your password to unlock it.
Now you will land on the dashboard.
In the dashboard, you can find the “Activity” tab in the lower right corner.
Click on it.
2. Click Any recent transfers
On the Activity tab, you can see your recent deposits and withdrawals.
Click the transfer for which you want to view the transaction ID (TxID).
3. Copy Transaction ID (TxID)
After clicking on the recent transfer entry, you will be able to see the transaction details for that particular transaction.
From this page, you can copy the transaction ID.
To do this, click on the “Copy Transaction ID” option located at the top right corner of the MetaMask wallet.
4. View on Block Explorer
If you want to see more details about the transaction, you need to go to blockchain explorer.
To do this, click “View on block explorer” on the same page where you copied txID.
By clicking “View on block explorer”, you will land on the relevant blockchain explorer.
There you can see the advanced details that include the limit and use of gas and the Burnt & Txn savings fees.

- Tap “Resources”
- Tap “Recent Transfers”
- Tap “View on Etherscan”
- Copy TxID
1. Tap “Resources”
Open the MetaMask mobile application.
Tap on any cryptographic resource in the “Tokens” tab.
2. Tap “Recent Transfers”
After tapping on a particular resource, you will be able to see the recent transfer entries.
Tap the entry for which you want to see the TxID.
3. Tap “View on Etherscan”
By tapping on the particular recent transfer entry, you will land on “ETH sent“.
Here you can see the details of the transfer.
Tap “View on Etherscan“.
4. Copy TxID
Tapping “View on Etherscan” will take you to the Etherscan.
Here you can copy the transaction ID/hash of the transaction.
