Security is always a particular concern of users when using Binance to trade cryptocurrencies. Therefore, to ensure the security of their accounts, Binance users often choose Google Authenticator’s 2-level security (2FA verification). What is 2FA Google Authenticator Security?
Google Authenticator (2FA) is a Google application that generates security verification codes to access your Binance account.
When using Binance, users must enter a code in the Google Authenticator app to access or make a deposit/withdrawal or a trade-in cryptocurrency.
The Google Authenticator code consists of 6 random numbers automatically generated by the Google Authenticator application and is only valid for 30 seconds. Every 30 seconds, the application will generate new code to ensure that hackers do not compromise the verification code.
Reasons to use Google Auth on Binance
Google Authenticator continuously changes the code every 30 seconds to increase the security of your account. Google Authenticator is a reliable, stable, easy-to-use, and quick-to-install platform.
In addition, simply by opening the Google Authenticator application, the user can receive the code, so there is no error of not receiving the code as when using the security feature via SMS or email.
