Use your phone to scan the QR code on your computer and click [Next]. Save the Google Authenticator recovery code if you lose your phone or need to use the Google Authenticator app on another device. Then, select [Next]

Click [Get Code] to get the email and SMS verification codes and enter the corresponding blanks. Open the Google Authenticator application to get the code and enter the empty Google Authenticator code.
