From bank account to Binance: how to make a deposit

To deposit money from your bank account at Binance, you must select a currency and payment method on the “Bank Deposit” page on Binance.

Then, you need to make a SWIFT/bank transfer to Binance’s bank account.

Binance will provide you with their bank details after entering the amount you wish to deposit.

Finally, you need to go to your bank’s withdrawal page, enter Binance’s bank account details, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and send the money.

For bank transfers, the deposit will typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days.

On the other hand, if you are using SWIFT, it can take up to 4 working days.

You can check the status of your deposit by navigating to the “Transaction History” page on Binance.

1. Go to Binance.com and click on “Bank Deposit”

Note: Binance does not support a bank deposit in some countries such as Singapore. Unfortunately, if you don’t see a “Bank Deposit” option, you won’t be able to make a bank deposit.

First, you need to visit Binance’s website.

You can also use the Binance mobile app for this.

For the purposes of this guide, we will be using the desktop version of Binance instead of the Binance mobile app.

First, go to binance.com and log in to your account.

Then, click “Buy Crypto” on the top navigation bar of the website.

A menu containing multiple options will open.

This includes “Bank Deposit”, “Credit/Debit Card”, “P2P Trading” and more.

Since you are looking to deposit money into Binance, click on “Bank Deposit”.

2. Select currency and payment method

After clicking on “Bank Deposit”, you will land on the “Fiat Deposit” page.

On the page, you need to select a currency and a payment method.

First, select the currency you want to deposit using the “Currency to deposit” drop-down box.

For example, if you live in the UK, select “GBP”.

Secondly, you need to select a payment method.

You can select “Bank Card” or “Faster Payments”.

Since you’re looking to make a bank transfer, select “Faster Payments.”

Finally, click “Continue” to proceed to the next step.

3. Enter the deposit amount and place your order

After clicking “Continue”, you will have to enter the amount of money you want to deposit.

For example, if you want to deposit 20 GBP, enter “20” in the amount field.

Keep in mind that there is a daily limit to how much money you can deposit.

After entering the amount of money you want to deposit, you need to select the “This service is supported by ClearJunction” checkbox.

This is to allow Binance to share your personal information with Clearjunction.

Click “Confirm” to proceed to the next step.

4. Copy Binance’s bank details

After clicking “Confirm”, you will see Binance’s bank details.

This includes Binance’s name, sort code, account number, and bank account reference code.

Now, you need to transfer money via online banking to Binance’s bank account.

To do this, you need to copy Binance’s bank details.

5. Make a bank transfer and paste Binance’s bank details

Note: The online banking platform you are using may be different from the screenshot above. However, the steps are similar.

After copying Binance’s bank details, you need to log in to the online banking platform you are using.

Once you have logged in to the online banking platform, go to the withdrawal page.

On the withdrawal page, you need to select who you are sending the money to.

Since Binance is a new recipient, you need to select “Pay Someone New” or add a new recipient.

First, you need to select whether you are paying a person or a company.

Since Binance is a company, you need to select “Business”.

Secondly, enter the recipient’s name.

Enter “Binance” in the name field.

Thirdly, you need to copy the sort code from step #4 and paste it into the “Sort Code” field.

Finally, you need to copy the Binance account number (also from step #4) and paste it into the “Account number” field.

Secondly, select when you want to send the money.

If you’re looking to send money now, select “Now.”

You can check the status of your deposit by going to the “Transaction History” page on Binance.

Please note that Binance does not support bank deposits in some countries such as Singapore.

If you are in Singapore, you need to use the Singapore version of Binance (binance.sg) instead of binance.com.

On binance.sg, you can create a StraitsX account (formerly known as a personal Xfers account) to make deposits.

A deposit typically takes 1 to 2 days to complete for bank transfers and 1 to 4 days for SWIFT.

If your deposit has not arrived within 4 days, you can contact Binance Support for assistance.
