Prepare the keywords you want to find in advance. The FAQ system suggests a series of consecutive articles containing keywords.

How to search as follows:

• Go to the Help tab on the left side of the eToro account interface.
• Then, the interface is displayed as shown below. Right at the top of the interface appears the question “What would you like to know?”. You type the keyword that you want to find.
• A number of suggested articles related to keywords have appeared. Choose the item you want.

How to search for frequently asked questions by topic

It’s like looking for the passive form. The FAQ system is divided into ten critical topics:

You can view frequently asked questions by topic by following these steps:

• Go to the Help tab on the left side of the eToro account interface.
• Then, click Help Center. The interface switches to the faq system by topic.
• Choose the item you want. Click View more. After that, posts on the topic are displayed.
