MetaMask has a couple of payment networks from which you can buy Ethereum.
This includes Wyre (simple payment APIs) and Transak (buy and sell crypto assets with a bank transfer).
However, their fees are very expensive, so you will lose a lot of money from them.
A better alternative is to buy Ethereum from Binance and send it to MetaMask.
Binance has a spot trading fee of 0.1%, which is the lowest in the industry.
If you don’t have a Binance account yet, you can create one using this link: https://www.binance.com/en/register?ref=73583477.
Once you buy Ethereum from Binance, you can send it to MetaMask.
In this guide, you will learn how to send Ethereum (ETH) from Binance to MetaMask in 5 easy steps.
How to send Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask
To send Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask, you must first copy your Ethereum address from MetaMask.
Then, go to your fiat wallet and spot on Binance and click “Withdraw” next to “ETH” to go to the withdrawal page.
On the withdrawal page, you will be able to send Ethereum to MetaMask.
You can send Ethereum to MetaMask on Binance’s withdrawal page by doing three things.
This includes pasting your Ethereum address from MetaMask, selecting the “ERC20” network, and entering the amount of ETH you want to send.
After sending your Ethereum, the withdrawal process will take about 30-60 minutes to complete.
In the event of network congestion, it may take more than 60 minutes to complete.
1. Copy your ETH address from MetaMask
The first step is to copy your ETH (Ethereum) address from MetaMask.
To do this, you must first open the MetaMask extension on Chrome.
You can open the MetaMask extension by clicking the puzzle icon in the top navigation bar of Chrome.

Once you are in your wallet, make sure that the “Ethereum Mainnet” network is selected.
Finally, click on the duplicate icon to copy your ETH address.
2. Log in to your Binance account
Now that you have copied your ETH address from MetaMask, you need to log in to your Binance account.
First, go to binance’s website by clicking on this link: https://www.binance.com/.
You can also use the Binance mobile app for this.
However, we will be using the desktop version of Binance for the purposes of this guide.
Once you are on Binance, click “Sign In” on the top navigation bar to go to the login page.
Enter your email address and password in the “Email” and “Password” fields respectively.
Then, click “Sign In” to log in to your Binance account.
3. Navigate to your fiat and spot wallet
After logging into your Binance account, you will land on the home page.
Now, you will have to navigate to your fiat and locate the wallet where your Ethereum wallet is located.
In the top navigation bar, click “Wallet” to expand it.
After clicking on “Wallet”, a navigation drawer will open.
The navigation drawer contains multiple options.
This includes “Overview”, “Fiat and Spot”, “Margin” and more.
Click on “Fiat and Spot” to go to your fiat and spot wallet.
4. Click on “Withdrawal” next to “ETH”
After clicking on “Fiat and Spot”, you will land on the “Fiat and Spot” page.

On your Ethereum balance, you will be able to buy, deposit, withdraw, trade, earn or convert your Ethereum.
Click “Withdrawal” next to “ETH” to go to the Ethereum withdrawal page.
5. Send your Ethereum to MetaMask
After clicking “Withdraw”, you will land on the Ethereum withdrawal page.
On the page, you will see two drop-down boxes and two fields.
This includes “Currency”, “Address”, “Network” and “Amount”.
First, make sure that “Ethereum” is selected from the “Coin” drop-down box.
After selecting “Ethereum”, here is a step-by-step guide on what to do next:
- Paste your ETH address from MetaMask (refer to step #1) into the “Address” field.
- Select the “ERC20” network from the “Network” drop-down box.
- Enter the amount of ETH you want to send in the “Amount” field.
- Click on “Withdraw” to send your Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask.
You can get your ETH address from MetaMask by following the first step.
Make sure that you have selected the “ERC20” network and not another network.
Otherwise, your funds will be lost and Binance will not be able to recover them for you.
Please note that the minimum ETH withdrawal amount for the ERC20 network is 0.007.
Also, if there is a system update going on on Binance, you will not be able to make withdrawals.
Withdrawals will be suspended until the system update is complete.
You can follow the @BinanceHelpDesk profile on Twitter for announcements.
The withdrawal process will take about 30-60 minutes to complete.
If network congestion occurs, it may take more than 60 minutes to complete.
