In a significant development for the uranium exploration sector, Generation Uranium Inc. has announced the completion of its final tranche of a non-brokered private placement. The company raised an additional $202,620 through the issuance of 2,894,570 unitseach priced at $0.07 per unit.

This funding round, which follows previous announcements on May 15 and May 29, 2026represents a crucial step forward for the Canadian exploration company. The proceeds will be allocated towards exploration activities on its Canadian uranium and critical mineral properties, as well as general working capital, marketing, and project development.

Details of the Private Placement

Each unit issued in this private placement consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share at a price of $0.12 per share for a period of two years, expiring on June 15, 2028.

The company also reported that it paid finders fees totaling $840 and issued 12,000 finder warrants at a price of $0.12 per finder warrant share. These finder warrants are also exercisable for a period of two years, expiring on June 15, 2028.

All securities issued in this offering are subject to a four-month hold period, expiring on October 16, 2026.
