Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM, OTC: SCMNF), a mineral exploration company focused on Moroccan projects, has announced significant updates following a review by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). The company has removed the previous technical report for its TitanBeach One Project in the Kingdom of Morocco and appointed a new qualified person to prepare an updated report.
The OSC’s review highlighted the need for amendments to specific sections of the technical report, including mining methods, recovery methods, project infrastructure, and market studies. After discussions with the original report’s author and independent consultants, Steadright determined that these sections were not appropriate for the current stage of the project’s exploration.
New Technical Report and Geologist Appointment
Steadright has engaged Mr. David M. Pollarda C. Geologist and qualified person under National Instrument 43-101to prepare a new technical report. Mr. Pollard brings extensive experience in mineral exploration across Africa and specializes in alluvial systems. He is expected to complete the report within 4-6 weeks.
CEO Matt Lewis expressed enthusiasm about the new appointment, stating, “We love the short turn-around time and are extremely committed to TitanBeach and its potential. And we feel very pleased about the new geo chosen, as Mr. Pollard comes considerably well recommended. He has experience in Africa, is a respected pro – and by all accounts will do the work quickly and efficiently – and with a keen mind…That will be quite refreshing, considering our former experience.”
Options Granted to Consultants
In other news, Steadright has granted 400,000 options to consultants at a strike price of 25 cents, expiring on June 11th, 2031. These options are issued under the company’s stock option plan, as amended in 2026.
