Overview of the universal single check
The single and universal allowance was introduced in January 2022 as an economic aid for families with dependent children. Data for the 2024 single check
In the sixth month of 2024, the INPS reported that 9.9 billion euros were disbursed to Italian families. This sum is in addition to the 18.1 billion disbursed in 2023 and 13.2 billion in 2022, bringing the total total from March 2022 to June 2024 to more than 41.2 billion euros. Territorial distribution of the AUU in 2024

In June 2024, the regions of southern Italy received higher average amounts, with a monthly average of 185 euros per child, reaching a maximum of 194 euros in Calabria. In the north, the average amount per child was 162 euros, with a minimum of 153 euros in the Aosta Valley. In the center, the average amount was 164 euros.
