Bayhorse Silver Inc. announced that, pending acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange it has retained Red Cloud Financial Services Inc. to handle its media and marketing activities for a six-month period. The contract totals $60,000 and will be settled in equal monthly installments of $10,000 drawn from the company’s working capital. The partnership is intended to amplify the miner’s visibility among investors and the broader market as it finalises listing requirements.
Red Cloud Financial Services appointed for six-month media campaign
Based in Toronto, Red Cloud specialises in supporting mineral exploration and mining firms with capital-raising strategies, corporate communications, and brand positioning. Throughout the engagement the firm will produce press releases, maintain investor-relations channels, and orchestrate digital outreach on behalf of Bayhorse. Red Cloud operates at arm’s length; it holds no equity stake or direct interest in Bayhorse’s securities and has no intention of acquiring such an interest during the term.
Bayhorse Silver’s operating assets and resource base
The company owns 100 % of the historic Bayhorse Silver Mine in Oregon, United States. A National Instrument 43-101 inferred resource estimate attributes 292,300 tons of ore with a grade of 21.65 opt (673 g/t) silver, equating to roughly 6.3 million ounces of the metal. In addition, Bayhorse develops the Pegasus Project a porphyry copper target in Washington County, Idaho, situated about 44 km southwest of the recent discovery made by Hercules Metals.
Processing infrastructure and environmental safeguards
The Oregon facility is a low-impact plant capable of treating up to 200 tons of ore per day. Central to the operation is a 40-ton-per-hour Steinert ore-sorter that can divert up to 85 % of waste rock before it reaches the crushing circuit, markedly reducing tailings volume and energy usage. Nearby in Payette County, Idaho, Bayhorse has installed a modular mill that processes up to 60 tons per day and employs conventional flotation to recover silver and copper concentrates. An offtake agreement with Ocean Partners UK Limited secures a buyer for the produced material.
Management perspective and forward-looking considerations
Chief Executive Officer Graeme O’Neill highlighted the Red Cloud partnership as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s market narrative while pursuing a TSX Venture Exchange listing. He underscored the combination of a robust resource base, environmentally conscious processing technology, and a seasoned technical team as differentiators likely to resonate with capital markets.
The release contains forward-looking statements regarding market conditions, financing availability, and regulatory approvals. These statements are subject to risks such as silver price volatility, shifts in investor sentiment, macro-economic shocks, and potential delays in TSX Venture Exchange endorsement. Actual outcomes may differ materially from expectations, and Bayhorse does not assume any obligation to update these statements except as required by law.
