The rankings of the 2024 “Dedicated to You” card will be published by September 2024 in every Italian municipality. This was confirmed by the INPS in message no.
2575 of 10 July 2024, together with the operational indications for the release
.
Below, we list all the steps and the related deadlines of the procedure for defining the beneficiaries of the “Dedicated to You” solidarity card and assigning the card, which run from July 2024 to September 2024:
- By 24 July 2024: the INPS has made the provisional list of card beneficiaries available to municipalities.
- By August 13, 2024: municipalities must confirm the list of beneficiaries, using the dedicated web application, after verifying the residence and any incompatibility with other measures.
- By 23 August 2024: the INPS must transmit the final rankings electronically to Poste Italiane S.p.A. for the provision of Postepay cards.
- By September 2024: Poste Italiane will communicate the identification number of the cards to the INPS, which will transmit this data to municipalities. Local governments will inform the beneficiaries of the successful assignment of the contribution and of the methods for withdrawing the card

Municipalities have the obligation to communicate by letter or SMS to the beneficiaries entitled to the card, but they are not obliged to publish the ranking online with the list of those entitled. If they choose to do so, the list will be anonymous, showing only the DSU ISEE 2024 protocol number
or other identification codes.
Who is entitled to a savings card
Families with an ISEE of less than 15,000 euros, with at least 3 members in the family unit, residing in Italian municipalities and all registered in the registry of the resident population (municipal registry), are entitled to the 2024 savings card, worth 500 euros.
Not all families that meet the above requirements are automatically eligible for the savings card, since the funds for each municipality are limited. The INPS, according to the decree of 4 June 2024 and the message n. 2575 of 10 July 2024, has established a precise order of priority on the basis of which the ranking is drawn up with the
list of beneficiaries.
How to apply for the 2024 ‘Dedicated to You’ card
To obtain a savings card, it is not necessary to apply online or in other forms. The beneficiaries are identified by the INPS in collaboration with Italian municipalities, which will directly notify those entitled. After receiving the communication from the municipality of residence by SMS or letter, it will be possible to go to a Poste Italiane office to collect the prepaid and already active Postepay electronic shopping card
.
When it is possible to use the ‘Dedicated to You’ card
The social card can be used immediately after delivery to make purchases at affiliated businesses that sell food or for transport and gasoline. Recall that the first payment must be made by December 16, 2024, under penalty of the forfeiture of the benefit. The sums must be fully used no later than February 28, 2025
