Limits and Rules
- Exclusions: Contributions for employee pension benefits, premiums and contributions due to INAIL are not included in the relief.
- Inapplicability: The exemption does not apply to domestic employment relationships and apprenticeship relationships, except in cases of previous employment with an apprenticeship contract not continued as an ordinary employment relationship for an indefinite period.
- Conditions: The benefit is revoked if the employer makes individual dismissals for justified objective or collective reasons in the 6 months before or after the encouraged recruitment.
- Non-cumulability: The exemption cannot be combined with other exemptions or reductions in financing rates provided for by current legislation.
