You can’t actually recover your old tokenPocket Wallet password. However, you can set a new password.

How to reset TokenPocket wallet password?
Resetting your TokenPocket Wallet password is always possible and easy, unless and until you lose the secret recovery phrase.
In case you have lost the backup of the secret recovery phrase, you can find it in “Account Details” on the TokenPocket Wallet extension or mobile application.
The secret recovery phrase or seed phrase is a unique phrase of 12/15/24 words that will be given to each TokenPocket Wallet user when creating the TokenPocket Wallet account.
To reset your TokenPocket Wallet password, you need to click “Reset Your Account“.
Then, by entering the secret recovery phrase, you can set a new password.
To reset the password in the TokenPocket mobile application, you must uninstall the application and reinstall it.
Steps to reset your TokenPocket wallet password
- Lock your tokenPocket Wallet
- Click “Restore Your Account“
- Enter your secret recovery phrase
- Set a new password
1. Lock your tokenPocket Wallet
If you have already forgotten your TokenPocket Wallet password, you can skip this step and move on to the next one.
If you are the person who wants to change your TokenPocket Wallet, you must first lock your account.
To lock your TokenPocket Wallet, click on the “three parallels” icon located in the upper right corner of your wallet.
Then, click the “Block” button.
Once your account is blocked, you will land on the entry page of your wallet.
2. Click “Restore Your Account”
On the entry page of your TokenPocket Wallet, just below the “Unlock” button, you will be able to see the “Restore your account” option.
To reset your password, first, you need to click on that option.
3. Enter your secret recovery phrase
The secret recovery phrase has full control over your account.
With your secret recovery phrase, you can reset the password of your TokenPocket Wallet ‘n’ number of times.
Enter your TokenPocket secret recovery phrase in the specified box by separating each word with a space.
Selecting the “Show recovery phrase” checkbox will help you type the recovery phrase without making mistakes.
If you enter another secret recovery phrase, your current account or wallet accounts, the assets will be removed from your extension/application.
4. Set a new password
Now you are ready to change the password of your TokenPocket Wallet.
The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one special character.
Enter the new password in the fields indicated.
