If you sign in to Capital.com but your password is invalid (as shown below), try a few steps below to reset your account password:
1. Click “Forgot your password?”, at the bottom.
2. Check your email address again and click “Send Recovery Email”.
Then, an email will be sent to the email address with a separate link.
Note: Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see any in your primary inbox.
3. Check the email from Capital.com and click “Reset Password”.
4. Enter a new password for the account and click “Reset New Password” to complete.
note:
- The password reset link will expire after 24 hours, please change your password during this time.
- Once the password has been changed, simply log in with the new password.
- If you use an email other than the email registered for Capital.com account, you cannot reset your password.
