The incentives for hiring in 2024 are divided into national incentives and regional incentives, with the aim of facilitating the entry into the labor market of specific categories of people, including women, young people, disadvantaged and disabled workers.
1. Women’s Confidential Recruitment 2024
The 2024 women’s bonus is a contribution exemption of 100% up to 650 euros per month for 24 months, reserved for private employers who hire disadvantaged workers indefinitely. This measure is applicable throughout Italy and provides favorable conditions for recruitment in the South, where female workers must be unemployed
for at least 6 months.
2. Employment Incentive for Young People Under 30
This incentive provides for a contribution equal to 50% of the gross monthly wage for employers who hire young people under 30. The benefit is guaranteed for a maximum of 36 months and applies to the first permanent hires of young people who have never had an indefinite contract

3. Under 35 Youth Bonus
The youth under 35 bonus provides for a 100% exemption of social security contributions of up to 500 euros per month for a maximum of 24 months. For recruitment in Southern Italy, the bonus can reach 650 euros per month

4. Bonus ZES 2024
The ZES (Special Economic Zones) bonus is reserved for employers in the South and provides for a total reduction of social security contributions for the permanent recruitment of non-management personnel.
5. Incentives for ADI and SFL Recipients
Employers who hire Inclusion Check (ADI) or Training and Work Support (SFL) recipients can benefit from full or partial contribution relief. The relief is 100% for permanent hires, up to a maximum of 8,000 euros
per year.
6. Incentives for Hiring Prisoners and Internees
This incentive consists of a contribution relief and a tax credit for employers who hire detained or interned individuals. The benefit can reach up to 520 euros per month.
7. Incentives for Hiring Women
The incentive for women’s employment provides for a contribution relief of 50% for permanent or fixed-term contracts. The incentive is valid for a maximum of 18 months for permanent contracts and 12 months for fixed-term contracts

8. Incentives for Freedom Income Earners
This incentive provides for a contribution relief of up to 8,000 euros for the recruitment of unemployed women victims of violence who are beneficiaries of the Freedom Income.
9. Confidential Recruitment for the Disabled
Companies that hire disabled people can benefit from a contribution relief of 70% of the salary for workers with a reduction in work capacity greater than 79% and 35% for those with a reduction of between 67% and 79%.
10. Incentives for Workers Over 50
There is a contribution relief for hiring workers over 50 who have been unemployed for at least 12 months, with reductions of up to 50% in social security contributions.
11. Facilitated Recruitment of Disadvantaged Workers in Cooperatives
This incentive is dedicated to social cooperatives that hire disadvantaged workers, including the disabled, drug addicts and people in difficulty, and provides for the total reduction of contribution rates.
12. Moms in Payroll Bonus
Working mothers with more than two children can benefit from a 9.19% reduction in social security contributions, applicable to payrolls.
13. Superbonus Lavoro 2024
From September 1, 2024, the Superbonus Lavoro provides for a tax deduction of up to 130% for permanent hires, with a greater advantage for disadvantaged categories.
Regional Incentives
Italian regions offer additional incentives for recruitment in 2024, aimed at specific categories of workers.
1. Incentives for Tourism
