Enabling the DApp browser on Trust Wallet: here’s how

The DApp browser on Trust Wallet allows you to use decentralized applications like PancakeSwap.

For Android devices, the DApp browser can be enabled on the app after downloading it via the preference setting.

You can find the preference setting by tapping on the “Settings” icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

1. Open a browser (e.g. Safari)

If you can’t find it, swipe down from the center of the screen and search for “Safari” and open it.

In the next step, you are prompted to paste a phrase into the URL field of your browser.

2. Paste this into the URL field “trust://browser_enable

After tapping on “Safari”, you will land on the last tab opened.

At the top of Safari, you’ll see a search bar.

For iPhone/iOS devices, you will need to paste a phrase to enable the DApp browser.

The phrase is “trust://browser_enable”, which will enable the DApp browser on Trust Wallet.

To begin with, paste “trust://browser_enable” into the Safari URL field.

Then, search for the phrase by pressing “go”.

After searching for the phrase, a popup message will open.

After tapping “Open”, Trust Wallet will open.

Now that you have enabled the DApp browser, you will see it in the bottom navigation bar of Trust Wallet.

The DApp browser is displayed as a “Browser” icon.

If you haven’t enabled the DApp browser, you won’t be able to see the “Browser” icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

To open the DApp browser, tap the “Browser” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

You will then land on the DApp browser containing multiple decentralized applications.

Scroll down until you find the decentralized application you want to use.

For example, if you want to use PancakeSwap, scroll down until you find “PancakeSwap” and tap on it.

PancakeSwap is located under the heading “Popular”.

Then, you will be able to trade tokens on the exchange.

But first, you need to connect Trust Wallet to the exchange.

Then, you can use BNB to exchange another token.

1. Visit PancakeSwap on a browser and connect to WalletConnect

In the pop-up, you’ll see a list of cryptocurrency wallets that you can connect to.

Tap “Trust” to connect to Trust Wallet.

After tapping on “Trust”, another pop-up message will open.

The pop-up message will ask you to open the page on Trust Wallet.

Tap “Open” to open the page on Trust Wallet.

3. Tap “Connect” to connect to PancakeSwap

After tapping “Open”, Trust Wallet will open.

On Trust Wallet, you will see a “Connect” button.

Tap “Connect” to connect Trust Wallet to PancakeSwap.

This is because the DApp browser is still enabled for Android devices.
