Disabled Work Inclusion: Non-repayable Voucher for Lombard Companies in 2024

For the year 2024, the Lombardy Region has launched a call to support inclusive work for people with disabilities. The call provides for the provision of non-repayable vouchers for Lombard companies, with contributions that vary between 15,000 and 32,000 euros, depending on the size of the company. Applications can be submitted until 30 May 2025.

What Are Non-repayable Vouchers for Inclusive Work with Disabilities 2024

Non-repayable vouchers are contributions intended for Lombard companies to promote the employment inclusion of people with disabilities.

This tool was introduced with the Call for “Inclusive Work Model in Lombard Enterprises 2024″, which aims to encourage companies to take measures to make work more accessible to
disabled people.

How Vouchers Work

Interested companies must submit an online application, which will be evaluated through a counter procedure according to the chronological order of submission. Once the preliminary phases have been completed, a ranking of the interventions admitted and the contributions granted will be published. The funds will then be disbursed within 90 days of the approval of the report.

Each company can submit only one application for contributions.

Requirements for Requesting Vouchers

Companies with registered and/or operational headquarters in Lombardy, registered and active in the Companies Register, can request non-repayable vouchers. They must also be in good standing with the payment of chamber law and must not be in bankruptcy or other conditions of insolvency. If subject to the obligations of Law 68/99, companies must be in good standing with the recruitment
of protected categories.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Infocamere Telemaco website, using SPID, CNS or CIE credentials. Applications submitted in other ways will not be accepted

Value of the Voucher

The value of the voucher varies according to the size of the company and the eligible expenses, covering up to 80% of the costs incurred. Here are the details:

  • Micro and small business: Up to 15,000 euros.
  • Medium business: Up to 21,000 euros.
  • Large company: Up to 32,000 euros.

Admissible Expenses

The expenses covered by the vouchers include:

  • Training: Training interventions for internal staff aimed at the inclusion of disabled people.
  • Consulting services: Specialized advice for the adoption of inclusive organizational models and the management of obligations related to Law 68/99.
  • Adaptation of workstations: Purchases of hardware and software for the adaptation of workstations for disabled employees.

Deadlines

Applications can be submitted from 11:00 on April 15, 2024 until 12:00 on May 30, 2025, subject to early depletion of funds.

The call has a financial budget of 2 million euros.
