What is DIS-COLL 2024
DIS-COLL is an economic support for workers with a coordinated and continuous collaboration contract who have lost their jobs for reasons not attributable to them.
The allowance was introduced on an experimental basis with the legislative decree of 4 March 2015, n. 22, and made structural by the law of 22 May 2017, n. 81. The 2024 budget law has refinanced the measure, keeping this important income support tool active for unemployed employees

Who is entitled to DIS-COLL 2024
The DIS-COLL is the responsibility of coordinated and continuous collaborators, project collaborators, as well as fellows and PhD students with scholarships who have unintentionally lost their jobs. These subjects must be exclusively enrolled in the separate INPS management
.
Requirements for DIS-COLL 2024
To be eligible for DIS-COLL 2024, you must meet the following requirements:
- State of unemployment, pursuant to art. 19 of Legislative Decree no. 150 of 14 September 2015.
- Exclusive membership in the separate INPS management.
- At least one month of contribution in the period between January 1 of the previous calendar year and the unemployment event.
How long does DIS-COLL last
The DIS-COLL is paid for a number of months equal to the contribution months credited in the period between January 1 of the year preceding the termination event and the event itself. The maximum duration of the service is 12 months.
When does DIS-COLL 2024 arrive
Generally, the DIS-COLL is paid by the INPS the month following the submission of the application. The commencement of the allowance starts from the eighth day following the termination of the employment relationship if the application has been submitted within this deadline. If the application is submitted after the eighth day, the allowance starts on the day following the submission of the application

Payment of the DIS-COLL
The payment of the DIS-COLL is made through:
- Credit to a bank or postal account.
- Accreditation on a postal book.
- Transfer domiciled at a post office of residence or domicile.

How to apply for DIS-COLL 2024
The application for the DIS-COLL must be submitted exclusively electronically through:
- The INPS web portal using SPID, CIE or CNS.
- The INPS contact center calling from a landline or mobile network.
- By contacting sponsorship bodies and INPS intermediaries.
The submission of the application is equivalent to the declaration of immediate availability (DID), which is transmitted to the competent body for inclusion in the Information System for Social and Labor Inclusion (SIISL).
When to submit the application
The application must be submitted within 68 days from the date of termination of the collaboration relationship. If a maternity event or hospital stay occurs during this period, the deadline remains suspended for the entire
period.
Amount of DIS-COLL 2024
The maximum amount of the DIS-COLL for 2024 cannot exceed 1,550.42 euros per month. This amount is revalued annually based on the ISTAT consumer price index

Reduction of the amount
After three months of use, the amount of the DIS-COLL is reduced by 3% per month for terminations that occurred up to 31 December 2021. For terminations that occurred since January 1, 2022, the reduction starts after five months
.
Subjects excluded from the DIS-COLL
They cannot access the DIS-COLL:
- Retired employees.
- VAT number holders.
- Directors, auditors and auditors of companies.
Revocation cases
The DIS-COLL is revoked if the beneficiary loses their unemployment status, takes up a work activity without informing the INPS, is hired with a contract of more than 5 days, or refuses a suitable job offer.
Differences between DIS-COLL and NASPI
The DIS-COLL is intended for coordinated and continuous collaborators, while the NASPI is reserved for workers with an employment contract. The two benefits also differ in terms of calculation and terms of entitlement.
