How to add a custom token to Trust Wallet

You can do this by tapping the filter icon in the Trust Wallet app.

After tapping on the filter icon, you will see a list of cryptocurrencies that you can enable to disable.

However, you may not be able to see the token/crypto you want to add.

In that case, you need to manually add the token to Trust Wallet by pasting its address into the search bar.

1. Go to CoinMarketCap and tap on the search icon

To begin with, you need to copy the address of the token.

This way, you will be able to add the token to Trust Wallet.

You can copy the token address to various websites.

This includes CoinMarketCap, BscScan, and more.

First, open a browser (for example, Safari, Chrome) and go to coinmarketcap.com.

2. Search for the token on CoinMarketCap

After tapping on the search icon in the site header, you will see a list of trending cryptocurrencies.

Now you need to look for the token you want to add to Trust Wallet.

For example, if you want to add “LuckyPig” to Trust Wallet, search for “LuckyPig”.

Then, tap on the “LuckyPig” token to view it.

If the token you want to add doesn’t show up, it means it’s not on CoinMarketCap yet.

In that case, you need to visit the official website of the token to copy its address.

3. Copy the token address

After tapping on the token, you will see its current price.

Scroll down the page until you see “Contracts”.

Next to “Contracts”, you will see the token contract address.

Tap the duplicate icon to copy the token contract address.

4. Open Trust Wallet and tap the filter icon

After copying the token contract address, open Trust Wallet.

On Trust Wallet, you’ll see your token balances.

This includes “Bitcoin”, “Ethereum”, “BNB” and “Smart Chain”.

To add more tokens, tap the filter icon in the top navigation bar.

5. Paste the token address and enable it

After tapping on the filter icon, you will see a list of tokens/cryptocurrencies that you can enable or disable.

You can try scrolling down the list to find the token you want to add.

In most cases, the token will not be included in the list, especially if it is new.

Then, you need to manually add the token to Trust Wallet.

Now you need to paste the address of the token (which you copied in the third step) on the search bar.

Finally, tap the toggle to add the token to Trust Wallet.

If the token does not appear, you need to tap on “Add Custom Token”.

Next, provide the network, contract address, name, symbol, decimals and tap “Save”.

6. The token has been successfully added

After enabling the token, you will be able to see it in your wallet.

To do this, tap on “Wallet” in the bottom navigation bar and scroll down.

If you used TrustWallet to buy the “LuckyPig” token, its balance will be shown.
